Boomtown Fair

Boomtown Fair is a transformative music and arts festival that immerses attendees in a living, breathing cityscape.

Boomtown is renowned for its elaborate set design, featuring 12 main stages and over 50 hidden venues spread across eight themed districts. Each district offers a unique atmosphere, from the bustling streets of Downtown to the mystical realms of Temple Valley. These areas are constructed with life-sized street sets, including establishments like post offices and hotels, creating a fully immersive environment.

Attendees, known as "citizens," are encouraged to engage with actors portraying residents of this fictional city, participate in interactive installations, and follow an overarching narrative that unfolds throughout the festival. This storytelling approach is complemented by the festival's in-universe newspaper, The Daily Rag, which provides updates and clues to deepen the immersive experience.

The lineup's features a diverse array of artists spanning various genres, including reggae, punk, electronic, and folk. Notable acts include Maribou State, Azealia Banks, Sean Paul, Overmono, Honey Dijon, and Rudimental. These performances are spread across the festival's expansive site, ensuring that there's always something happening, whether it's a high-energy DJ set or a soulful live band.

Sustainability and Community

Boomtown Fair is committed to sustainability and community engagement. The festival has partnered with organizations like TreeSisters to plant trees for every ticket sold, contributing to global reforestation efforts. Additionally, Boomtown supports various charities, including Oxfam and MyCauseUK, through ticket donations and volunteer programs.
